Get a list of cost histories by folder.

A folder can use up to 8 different cost schemas.
The response will contain a list of all defined cost schemas for the folder, with their respecting "order no".
It will also contain a list of all cost histories.

Every cost history can contain up to 8 cost sections.

There are 8 fields : CostSection<OrderNo>, where <OrderNo> has a value between 1 and 8.

All cost sections defined with a specific <OrderNo> are linked to the corresponding cost schema, with the same "order no".
